Yoga for All

Yoga with Aromatherapy and Sound Bath

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic style of exercise where you move continuously from one yoga pose to the next, matching each movement to your breath.

  • Breath-to-Movement: You inhale during one movement and exhale on the next as you follow the cues, which creates a moving meditation.
  • Class Flow: A typical session starts with a gentle warm-up, builds up to a fast-paced sequence of standing and balancing poses, and ends with a calm cool-down and resting pose.
    • Enhanced Outcomes: Your practice will be enhanced with Grade A essential oils to support your body, emotions, mind and Spirit before and after.
    • Deeper Connection to Self: Experience a full sound bath symphony moving through your Being during savasana.

Benefits of Yoga

  • Builds Strength: Constant movement uses your body weight to tone muscles.
  • Improves Flexibility: Flowing stretches loosen tight joints and muscles.
  • Boosts Mental Focus: Concentrating hard on breathing and balance clears your mind.

Sound Bath during Savasana

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where you're "bathed" in healing sound frequencies that help your body, mind, and nervous system reset.

  • You lie down comfortably on your yoga mat
  • No movement required - just receive
  • Instruments:
    • crystal singing bowls and Himalayan singing bowls
    • The sound waves move through the body, helping release tension and quiet the mind

What you may experience

Everyone’s experience is different, but common effects include:

  • Deep relaxation (like a meditative sleep state)
  • Tingling or energy movement in the body
  • Emotional release or clarity
